Kmeetingroom launches app for searching and booking meeting rooms

KMeetingroom.com announced on the 25th that it has launched an app, also called KMeetingroom.com, where users can search for, book and pay for meeting rooms all in one place.

The app lets users search a nationwide range of meeting rooms, seminar rooms and lecture halls, including in Seoul. Users can find listed venues by district, subway station, date and number of attendees. Powerful filters let them tailor searches for rooms near KTX and SRT stations, venues with video conferencing equipment, highly rated rooms and more.

The app is a service from HJ Holdings, a company specializing in meeting room operations. It is a new type of platform that connects customers directly with partner companies offering rooms selected by experts with years of hands-on experience managing meeting spaces.

To mark the launch, KMeetingroom.com is holding a double-points promotion. Customers who book through the app by September 30 can earn up to 2% of their room rental fee in points.

KMeetingroom.com said it will continue expanding its meeting room listings to more areas. In response to the contactless era, it also plans to expand its video conferencing rooms so people can use them in their neighborhoods, much like karaoke rooms.
