SparkLabs announced on the 26th that it is launching the YouTube channel “SparkLabs TV” to support startups remotely in the post-pandemic era.
SparkLabs TV is a knowledge-sharing channel that draws on founders’ extensive experience to share practical business insights and information, offering answers to questions that startup founders and aspiring entrepreneurs are likely to have. It aims to give veteran founders a platform to share the experience and achievements they have gained while building their startups, and to provide emerging founders with ideas for solving business challenges.
Guests will include leaders of portfolio companies that have completed SparkLabs’ accelerator program and are now running successful businesses, expert mentors from various fields, SparkLabs partners, and investment professionals.
On the 26th, SparkLabs TV plans to release a discussion featuring former Major League Baseball player and SparkLabs venture partner Chan Ho Park alongside startup founders. It will also roll out interviews with leaders of SparkLabs portfolio companies, including H2O Hospitality, a Korean hotel operations startup expanding into Japan; SENSSTONE, an authentication and security technology startup; Wanted, a referral-based recruiting service; and MBX, a beauty commerce platform.
“As we looked for ways to foster connections and growth among startups remotely in the post-pandemic era, we decided to officially launch a YouTube channel that is accessible to everyone,” said Eugene Kim, co-CEO of SparkLabs. “We hope the candid stories and insights of startup founders who have overcome countless challenges and continued to grow will be a great help to new entrepreneurs.”
During its pilot period, SparkLabs TV will also feature “What Matters Most When Entering Southeast Asian Markets,” a previously released video with Seojin Choi, CEO of Swingvy, a provider of human resources management software. Viewers can also watch webinars SparkLabs has held on a variety of topics.
