MBI Solution raises ₩4 billion from Naver Clova

MBI Solution, a company specializing in customer service solutions, announced on the 12th that it had secured a 4 billion won investment from Naver Clova. The investment will help Happytalk accelerate its global expansion and development of AI-powered services, as well as support the launch of new products in the first half of this year.

MBI Solution’s flagship product, Happytalk SaaS, consolidates customer inquiries from popular channels such as web chat, KakaoTalk, Naver TalkTalk, Instagram and other social media, enabling companies to respond in real time through a single channel. Happytalk is helping businesses build an environment for personalized customer communication.
