Startup agency The Garrison announced on the 30th that it had secured an investment from accelerator Main Contents. The investment amount was not disclosed.

The signing ceremony was attended by The Garrison co-CEOs Ahn Dong-ok and Park Jae-young, Main Contents CEO Kim Tae-seong, and Director Lim Han-gyu. They signed the investment agreement and exchanged views on strengthening the global capabilities of Korea’s startup ecosystem and expanding startup education internationally.

“This investment will greatly support our efforts to develop shared workspaces for startups in Korea and abroad,” said The Garrison co-CEOs Ahn Dong-ok and Park Jae-young. “We will step up our efforts to help globalize Korea’s startup ecosystem by lowering barriers for foreign nationals and companies seeking to enter Korea and helping them integrate into the domestic market.”

Starting in June, The Garrison plans to bring its shared workspace agenda to life, with a focus on the Itaewon area, while continuing to develop a market-led startup ecosystem and globalize Korea’s startup ecosystem.
