Tech Seoul announced on the 9th that it is recruiting startups to participate in the 2024 NYC Korean Startup Demo Day, to be held in New York from January 15 to 19, 2024.
The event is co-hosted by Tech Seoul and Starta VC, a leading New York venture capital firm. It is designed to give Korean startups an opportunity to raise funds for global expansion immediately after participating in CES.
Eligible applicants are startups that have won a CES Innovation Award or are participating in CES. Award-winning startups can use the accolade to attract strong investor interest, while CES participants will have the opportunity to meet investors in New York, a global economic hub.
Thomas Park, CEO of Tech Seoul, said, "This program is a great opportunity for Korean startups to secure funding for global expansion, raise their profile in international markets by leveraging a CES Innovation Award, and build networks to support their global growth.
