Samsung Electronics will supply Dacor luxury built-in kitchen appliances to every home in Aripeka, an upscale residential community in Viera, Florida.
Aripeka is a 260-home single-family community being developed by four luxury custom builders—Lifestyle Homes, Joyal Homes, CDS Builders and Stanley Homes—with completion targeted for 2027. It is considered one of Viera’s most prestigious premium single-family communities.
Dacor built-in appliances elevate the homes with outstanding performance and designs that blend seamlessly with kitchen cabinetry.
The appliances also connect to Samsung Electronics’ SmartThings platform, offering convenient operation and distinctive connected experiences, including whole-home energy management. The four builders recognized these features.
The Dacor appliances planned for Aripeka include six product types: single-door column refrigerators and freezers, a full-column wine cellar, a dishwasher, a 48-inch dual steam range and a pro canopy wall hood.
The single-door column refrigerator is lined throughout with premium metal to keep ingredients fresh and hygienic. Its precise temperature-control technology keeps temperature fluctuations within ±0.5 degrees, preserving the flavor and texture of food.
It also features the industry’s first Push to Open function, which opens the door with a light touch, making it easy to access even when carrying food. Interior 3D lighting adds a more premium feel.
The full-column wine cellar protects wine from heat, light, humidity and vibration, maintaining ideal storage conditions like a wine-aging cellar. Its three independent compartments can each be set to 4–18°C, allowing wine to be stored at the optimal temperature for its type.
The dishwasher features StormWash+, which removes stubborn stains, and Auto Release Door, which opens the door automatically after a cycle to dry dishes quickly and efficiently.
A slide-hinge system lets the door cover open fully, allowing the appliance to blend naturally with surrounding cabinetry.
The 48-inch dual steam range combines a steam oven and convection oven, allowing different dishes to be cooked at the same time.
The steam oven uses steam to cook food more healthfully and quickly, while the convection oven’s Four-Part Pure Convection system prevents flavors and odors from mixing and distributes heat evenly throughout the oven.
The range has a 7-inch screen displaying detailed cooking information, including temperature and time. The screen tilts forward when touched, making the appliance easier to control.
Samsung Electronics is actively supplying B2B appliances, including Dacor products, to the U.S. market and focusing on expanding business with major homebuilders.
Dacor appliances are also set to be supplied to single-family homes built by Park Square Homes and Jones Homes, two trusted builders in Florida.
Lee Sang-jik, executive vice president of Samsung Electronics’ DA Business, said, “Supplying Dacor products to Aripeka reflects recognition of Samsung’s technology and brand reliability in the North American market. We will actively pursue the North American B2B market with Dacor’s lineup, which combines premium design, outstanding performance and connectivity through SmartThings.”
