Amorepacific’s major brands posted sales growth of more than threefold year over year during Amazon’s Big Spring Sale, demonstrating their competitive strength in the North American market.

Along with Prime Day and Black Friday, the Big Spring Sale is one of Amazon’s biggest shopping events. During this year’s seven-day sale, which began March 25, Amorepacific’s overall sales rose 201% from the same period last year, showcasing the company’s strength as a global beauty leader.

ILLIYOON and Mise-en-scène led the results, achieving strong growth and ranking among the top brands in their categories. ILLIYOON grew 384% year over year, with its signature Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream selling more than 40,000 units and ranking No. 3 in Amazon’s facial moisturizer category. Mise-en-scène grew 237%, with its Perfect Serum taking the top spot in hair styling oils and the brand ranking among the leaders in several key categories.

The results stand out because the brands have not officially launched in North America. Amorepacific built trust by partnering with dermatologists and regional influencers and used a targeted social media strategy. As a result, LABO-H grew a record 8,149%, while espoir rose 191%, AYUNCHE 208%, and LONGTAKE 347%, delivering growth across a range of categories. OSULLOC also demonstrated the company’s potential beyond beauty, with its Samda Honey Pear Tea ranking No. 1 in fruit teas.

Amorepacific said the event reaffirmed the strong market potential of high-performance K-beauty products that address the diverse skin concerns of U.S. consumers. The company added that the sharp increase in new customers ahead of the sale was especially encouraging. It plans to use customer insights from the event to strengthen its brands’ positions during Amazon Prime Day in June, the biggest shopping event of the year, and accelerate its push into the North American market.
